Overview
RDi Solutions had the expertise. What they didn’t have was a website that could prove it. Built on Google Sites and hosted under a Google-generated URL — not their own domain — the site had no SEO strategy, no analytics, and no way to compete in search. With a convention booth and a launch deadline weeks away, we rebuilt everything from scratch.

Built and launced the full site in 30 days — on their domain, with proper URL structure, all keyword-rich content converted from images to indexable copy, and analytics tracking for Google and HubSpot installed from day one.

Optimization
The launch was the starting line. Ongoing SEO work targeting service industry keywords is underway, with the blog content hub in development to build topical authority in fire prevention over time.

Website Redesign
RDi Solutions needed a website that reflected the quality of their work — and could hold up under the scrutiny of a convention audience. We moved them off Google Sites entirely, built on their own domain, and designed a modern, professional presence they could proudly show to peers and potential clients.
Technology pages that didn’t exist got built from scratch. The architecture was planned for growth — structured to expand into new industries and support a fire prevention blog content hub as their marketing program matures.

SEO Foundation
The old site had no SEO strategy — and the platform made it nearly impossible to build one. Content that mattered was locked inside images Google couldn’t read. No existing analytics, no domain history, and a branded search result was buried behind a competitor sharing their name.
We rebuilt the content as real, search engine-friendly copy. Analytics was integrated on day one. The domain and URL structure were set up correctly from the start — giving search engines something to work with for the first time.
